What is Sold Online?

Sold Online is an internet auction consignment service with convenient secure retail drop-           off locations that provide individuals, businesses and charitable organizations with an easy           and effective way to sell their unwanted items, excess inventory, used equipment and other idle           assets to a nationwide population of potential buyers on the internet.            Sold Online will research your items, professionally photograph them, write a narrative description,            list the items on eBay, answer buyer questions, track the auction, process payment, pack and ship           it to the buyer and send you a check for 65% of the item's final sale amount.              If the item does not sell, we can re-list the item, you can pick it up, or we can donate it on your            behalf to a local charity.

Are my items safe with you?

Sold Online holds your items in a secure facility and we are insured for loss. Once           dropped off, your item is completely safe with us.  When your item sells, we insure the courier           delivery package for the total amount of your items sale price.

What happens if my item does not sell?

If your item does not sell we can relist the item on eBay or you can pick it up within 10 days from the           auction end date. (note: unsold items that are not picked up within 10 days after auction end date           will be donated to a local charity).

When do I get my check?

Sold Online disburses checks to our customers once the item has sold, we have collected payment           from the buyer and the buyer does not claim an item problem within 3 days after they receive it.   As           a practice, we disburse checks the Tuesday after delivery is confirmed from the buyer, which is           usually about twelve days after shipment.

Can you pick up my item from my home or office?

Yes, Sold Online can pick up items from your home or office.  Please call us at one of           our  convenient locations to discuss a pickup.

How much of the item's final selling price do I receive?
